Welcome back! We hope you all enjoyed your winter break. I just wanted to take few minutes to update you on some of our upcoming school events as we transition into March is Reading Month.
Today we had our annual Brainstormers Assembly. During the assembly, the students learned about various types of writing. Over the next several weeks, the students will be engaged in the writing process. In May, Brainstormers will return and act out some of the student submissions.
The February PTA meeting that was scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled. Our next meeting is scheduled for March 21.
On Thursday March 9, we will have a parent education session to discuss NWEA assessments and answer any questions you may have about the test and how we use the results to meet your child’s needs.

March 29 is Spring Parent Teacher Conferences
March 31 is the last day for all new applicants for the Montessori Program. New siblings will also need to complete the application before the March 31 deadline. The lottery drawing is scheduled for April 10.
