Greetings Howe Families,
As you are probably aware, notifications were sent out on Friday about a case of TB that was reported to the Wayne County Health Department that involved an individual from our school. Today, additional communication was sent to families of students who may have been exposed at some point. We have been working closely with the Health Department to understand the disease and how it progresses and are make arrangements to provide no-cost testing for any staff and students who may have been considered a contact. Knowing you may have questions, the Wayne County Health Department will be coming to our school on Thursday afternoon at 3:00 to answer any questions you may have.
