Another Monday is here, and I hope you all had the chance to get some rest this past weekend. Today we charge into a brand new week and celebrate National Mayflower Day! Mayflower Day commemorates the day the ship set sail from Plymouth, England in 1620. On September 16 of 1620, the Mayflower set sail from Plymouth, England with 102 people on board. Just think of how much less time it takes to make the crossing today….that in itself is something to celebrate. We’ll also celebrate today’s menu in the Cougar Cafe…..
